Job summary

JiBe, Chennai-based cloud ERP provider, seeks an Implementation and Customer Success professional to escort new clients through JiBe Accounting implementation and drive adoption.

You will train client teams, build trust with stakeholders, and collaborate across multi-location teams to ensure customers maximize the value of JiBe Accounting and related features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or BE/equivalent; maritime/business background preferred.
• Strong English writing with professional email communication.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a multi-location distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Escort new JiBe clients through the implementation of the JiBe Accounting module and ensure successful implementation.
• Build lasting trust with clients' key stakeholders to strengthen the JiBe brand.
• Conduct detailed training sessions with client management teams.
• Configure new clients' JiBe Accounting module.
• Maintain relationships with existing JiBe clients and ensure they are maximizing system usage.
• Introduce new features to existing clients and assist in adoption.

About JiBe

JiBe is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the Maritime industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.

• Implementation: Escort new JiBe clients throughout the implementation process of JiBe Accounting module and assume full responsibility for a successful implementation project.
• Form close relationships with clients’ key stakeholders to build lasting trust in the JiBe brand.
• Conduct detailed training session with client management team.
• Configurating new clients’ JiBe Accounting module.
• Customer Success: Maintain a relationship with the existing JiBe clients and make sure they are using the system to its full potential.
• Introduce new features to JiBe existing clients and help in the adoption process.
• Any Graduate / B.E. or equivalent Preferably Business, Economics or Accounting or Maritime
• Background with Marine domain is preferred
• Excellent English writing skills with grip on nonverbal (mail) communication
• Problem solving skills;
• Self-motivated and meticulous with an eye for details.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to perform well within a multi-location distributed team.
• Basic knowledge of networking & cloud services.
• Good understanding of how software and operating systems work.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to understand their problems and clearly explain the solutions.
