Role Summary

We are seeking a Client Delivery Team Lead (Frontline Leader) to lead Workforce Management (WorkForce Suite, Time & Attendance) implementation and migration engagements while managing and developing a team of consultants. This role requires a combination of hands‑on delivery leadership and people management. The Team Lead will drive project execution, client engagement, delivery quality, operational excellence, and team performance while ensuring successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation delivery across Initiation, Requirement Gathering, Design & Build, Validation & Testing, Go-Live, and Transition to Services.
• Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and client commitments are met.
• Support project planning, execution tracking, resource coordination, and delivery governance.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Review key deliverables and ensure delivery readiness.
• Support implementation best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client Experience & Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Drive proactive communication and delivery transparency.
• Support client satisfaction and NPS improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Client Success Executives, Client Relationship Managers, and delivery leadership.
• Act as an escalation point for project-related concerns.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead and manage a team of Implementation Consultants.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development support.
• Conduct regular performance and career development discussions.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Support onboarding and development of new associates.
• Drive team engagement and retention.

Operational Excellence

• Drive adoption of delivery methodologies, governance standards, tools, and templates.
• Monitor delivery and team performance metrics.
• Support AI-enabled delivery accelerators and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to process standardization and scalability efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 to 9 years of Workforce Management, HCM implementation, or service delivery experience.
• Minimum 4 years of client-facing implementation or delivery experience.
• Minimum 18 months of leadership experience.
• Experience managing a team of at least 6 associates is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, and Payroll processes.
