Job summary

Scaletrix.AI is seeking an Implementation Consultant with 2–8 years of hands-on analytics and digital measurement experience. You will design scalable tracking frameworks, govern event tracking, and ensure data quality across enterprise digital ecosystems, using GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, Contentsquare, and more.

Collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing teams, you will lead workshops, audits, and migrations while ensuring privacy compliance and robust reporting for stakeholders.

We are looking for highly skilled Implementation Consultants with hands-on experience in Digital Analytics and Experience Optimization platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in analytics implementation, tag management, event tracking, data validation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across digital properties.

Experience - 2 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics implementation projects across enterprise digital ecosystems.
• Design scalable tracking frameworks, measurement strategies, and governance processes.
• Architect analytics implementations using Adobe Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, and Contentsquare.
• Define event taxonomy, data layer architecture, and tracking standards.
• Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to deliver robust measurement solutions.
• Lead implementation workshops, discovery sessions, and client consultations.
• Review technical solutions and provide guidance on implementation best practices.
• Mentor junior implementation consultants and provide technical leadership.
• Drive data quality initiatives, governance processes, and implementation audits.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and validation of analytics data collection.
• Support migration projects between analytics platforms and tag management systems.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and consent management frameworks.
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in analytics implementation and digital measurement.
• Strong expertise in:
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Mixpanel
• Heap Analytics
• Contentsquare
• Advanced expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tag governance.
• Experience designing and implementing complex event tracking frameworks and data layer structures.
• Proven experience working with development teams and managing implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics architecture, customer journey analytics, and measurement strategy.
• Experience conducting implementation audits and recommending optimization opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Experience Consulting, Analytics Consulting, or Implementation Consulting.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Knowledge of mobile analytics implementation and SDK tracking.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, Consent Management Platforms).
• Experience mentoring teams and leading client-facing implementation engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
