Job summary

Orbit & Skyline is seeking an experienced Ion Implant Process Engineer to sustain, optimize, and improve implant processes in a high-volume semiconductor fab. The role involves working in a highly automated production environment to achieve high yield and throughput.

You will monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions while collaborating with equipment and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Strong hands-on experience in Ion Implant process engineering.
• Experience in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environment.
• Exposure to 200mm and/or 300mm wafer fabs.
• Good understanding of SPC, FDC, DOE, and process control methodologies.

Responsibilities
