Needs Migration And Education Consultants is seeking a professional counsellor to guide clients through Australian visa pathways, PR, skilled migration, and student visa options. The role involves handling confidential client information and acting as the main contact for document collection, with emphasis on meeting conversions and sales targets.

The candidate should be able to work independently, possess strong analytical skills, and have an understanding of Australian skills assessment

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling to clients for Australian Visa - Permanent Residency (PR), skilled migration, employer-sponsored work visas, and student visa pathway.
• Knowledge of Australian skills assessment procedures and eligibility requirements would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, maintaining confidentiality for clients.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets.
• Act as a primary point of contact for document collection from clients.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
