Qualifications

• 15+ years of PCB Design/Hardware Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design processes, SI/PI, DFM, and PCB CAD tools.
• Experience managing technical teams and delivering complex hardware products.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-speed PCB design and development activities.
• Drive PCB layout reviews, SI/PI analysis, DFM validation, and design approvals.
• Manage and mentor a team of PCB Design Engineers.
• Establish PCB design standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product teams.
• Drive continuous improvements in PCB design processes, automation, and productivity.
• Support new product development and advanced PCB technologies.
