Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training lifecycle for inbound e-commerce customer support processes.
• Design and deliver new hire training, refresher training, and upskilling programs.
• Lead training batches and ensure successful certification and throughput.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, nesting performance, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Develop training content, SOPs, modules, and process updates.
• Manage trainers and ensure training delivery standards are maintained.
• Publish training dashboards and reports for leadership review.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong stakeholder management and team handling ability
• Preferred from Chennai locations
