Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Chennai is seeking an Assistant Manager for International Voice with a total experience of 8+ years in premium BPO voice programs. The role requires at least 3 years in an Assistant Manager capacity and hands-on experience in leading a team.

You will monitor performance, provide instant feedback, manage attendance and discipline, and coordinate 24x7 rotational shifts with 5 working days and rotational week offs. Ecommerce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years BPO voice experience in premium contact centers.
• 3+ years as Assistant Manager - international Voice (mandatory).
• Experience in managing team performance.
• Ecommerce experience would be an added advantage.
• Ability to monitor champions and provide instant productivity feedback.
• Handle attendance and disciplinary administration.
• Graduates from any stream or global equivalent degree.
• Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
• 5 days working with rotational week offs.
• Location: Chennai.

• Overall experience of Minimum of 8+ year in BPO voice program from premium contact centers is required.
• Experience in managing team performance.

• Effective monitoring of champions and providing instant feedback on productivity issues wherever required.
• Complete administrative functions such as maintaining attendance, addressing disciplinary issues etc.
• Graduates from any stream or Global Equivalent degree
• Should be willing to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
• 5 days working, Rotational Week Off
