Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in International BPO Training.
• Experience in the AM – Training designation.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for International BPO processes.
• Conduct new hire induction and refresher training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach and mentor trainers and customer support teams.
• Prepare training materials, SOPs, and knowledge documents.
• Monitor employee performance and recommend development plans.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to improve productivity.
• Track training KPIs and generate performance reports.
• Ensure process compliance and service excellence.
• Drive continuous learning and employee engagement initiatives.
