Job summary

Mondelez India Foods Private Limited is seeking an IL6S Lead at the Induri (Pune) plant to advance manufacturing excellence. You will lead CI initiatives, train teams on DMS tools, and drive root-cause analysis to close KPI gaps.

You will work with Plant Leadership, Production, Engineering, Quality and SCM to improve productivity, efficiency, cost, safety and quality through structured problem-solving and standard work on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/ factory operations
• Experience with IL6S / Manufacturing Excellence / Lean / TPM
• Ability to drive shopfloor improvements
• Background in FMCG / Pharma / Automotive environments

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing excellence and IL6S as part of day-to-day factory operations.
• Embed daily management / visual management and tier meetings.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address KPI gaps and losses.
• Build capability and ownership on the shop floor through structured problem-solving.
