Job summary

Mondelez India Foods Private Limited, part of Mondelez International, seeks a proactive IL6S Lead to advance continuous improvement on the shop floor. You will drive daily management systems, collect and validate data, and lead root-cause analysis with plant leadership, production, and quality teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on factory operations experience, implementation of IL6S or Manufacturing Excellence principles, and capability-building across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/factory operations and applying Manufacturing Excellence / IL6S principles.
• Ability to drive improvements on the shopfloor with cross-functional teams.
• FMCG, Pharma, Automotive, Chemicals, or large manufacturing setups background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on CI tools; promote Daily Management System (DMS).

Role Overview

You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support ourcontinuous improvement (CI) processes and culture.

You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of thedepartment KPI scorecards.

How You Will Contribute

• Providetraining on CI tools and techniques; help departments follow our establishedDaily Management System (DMS)
• Help teamscollect data or extract it from the systemto support CI activities and the DMS
• Facilitateroot-cause analysisto address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps

What Kind of Experience We Are Looking For

• Strong prior experience in manufacturing/factory operations(production, plant operations, manufacturing, maintenance, or operations leadership roles)
• Working knowledge and practical exposure to IL6S / Manufacturing Excellence / Lean / TPM / Continuous Improvement
• Proven ability to drive improvements on the shopfloor, alongside line leaders and operators
• Backgrounds fromFMCG, Pharma, Automotive, Chemicals, or large manufacturing setups

Key Note

We are looking formanufacturing leaders with strong, hands-on factory operations experiencewho have applied or worked withManufacturing Excellence / IL6S principlesas part of their roles.

Deep plant operations exposure is essential; formal IL6S or Manufacturing Excellence titles are valuable but not mandatory, provided there is asolid understanding and practical applicationof these frameworks on the shopfloor.
