Job summary

Mondelez India Foods Private Limited seeks a skilled Asset & Technology Leader to drive site maintenance and loss prevention across equipment and facilities. You will manage preventive/predictive maintenance, budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, and data governance while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will lead maintenance teams, coach operators, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure 100% compliance and optimized uptime aligned with SQCDSM metrics.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of maintenance strategies (AM/PM) and TPM tools.
• Ability to lead Lean initiatives and drive zero-breakdown goals.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building and facilities maintenance programs and budgets.
• Oversee CAPEX and OPEX (M&R) planning and cost control.
• Lead asset & master data management across site equipment and processes.
• Manage service providers, SLAs, and vendor relationships.
• Drive IL6S Lean 6 Sigma practices and maintenance excellence.

You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.How you will contributeYou will:Co-ordinate the execution of Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program, Capex management & OPEX (M&R) budgets, site Technology & Automation maintenance, Asset & Master data management, Service providers/ OEM-original equipment mfg. contracts & SLA-site level agreement adherence, adherence to Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are adhered to.Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Loss elimination, Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, and building capability of Operating teams via specific training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown and CIL techniquesInterface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, and goals.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level work process owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach.Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems.
