Job summary

Endurance Technologies seeks an IIoT Specialist to drive digitalization across production lines, identify IIOT opportunities, support implementations, and monitor systems for continuous improvements.

The role requires PLC programming knowledge, familiarity with SCADA/ERP, and strong analytical skills for cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IIOT, digitalization or related roles.
• Understanding of IIOT/Industry 4.0 technologies and systems integration; data analytics skills beneficial.
• Experience or knowledge of SCADA and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of PLC programming across Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Hitachi; ladder logic understanding.
• Knowledge of IIOT system documentation and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving with results orientation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with project management tools and methodologies.
• Good analytical and attention to detail.
• IT tools and protocols knowledge: MS Office, PLC programming, AI/ML (optional), MS SQL and writing queries.

• Discuss key issues / ideas with seniors and support in applying changes and/or implementing updated configuration.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in IIOT, digitalization, or related roles.
• A good understanding of IIOT or Industry 4.0 technologies and systems integration alongwith skills in data analytics will be an added advantage.
• Experience or knowledge of working on SCADA, ERP.
• Good knowledge of PLC programming under various PLC makes like Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Hitachi etc. alongwith understanding of ladder logic.
• Knowledge on IIOT system documentation and diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional team.
• Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies.
• Good analytical skills with attention-to-detail skills
• IT tools/applications and associated protocols knowledge under following:

• Microsoft SQL database understanding and knowledge of writing database queries.
