The Sr Manager/ AGM – IT/OT Integration is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Gurugram to design, implement, and support the integration of Information Technology (IT) systems with Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role involves ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient communication between enterprise networks and industrial/control systems such as SCADA, PLC, DCS, and IIoT platforms.
Design and implement IT‑OT integration architectures. Integrate SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, and IIoT systems with enterprise IT infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot industrial Ethernet, VLANs, routing, and network segmentation.
Implement cybersecurity controls for OT environments (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, Zero Trust principles).
Coordinate with IT, automation, and cybersecurity teams for deployment and support. Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of critical OT systems.
Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and change records. Support migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures along with providing L2/L3 technical support for IT‑OT connectivity issues.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assessing current IT/OT infrastructure, defining integration roadmaps, overseeing implementation of IIoT and automation solutions, and ensuring secure, reliable data flow between plant floor systems and enterprise platforms. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including production, quality, finance, and external technology partners, to optimize operations and support digital transformation initiatives. The individual will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and vendor relationships, address system issues proactively, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and industry standards.
