Job summary

Cyient is looking for an Ignition developer with a strong background in industrial automation projects based in Pune, India. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and integrating HMI, MES, and SCADA systems, particularly around the Ignition and REACT platform.

Key responsibilities include utilizing React and Angular for UI design and scripting with Python. Familiarity with SQL or Oracle databases is essential.

• Looking for Ignition developer with 5 years of strong background in industrial automation projects with hand on experience in Design, develop and integrate HMI, MES, and SCADA systems built around the Ignition & REACT platform
• Background in controls engineering and automation projects in a factory or manufacturing environment only
• Strong knowledge of SQL or Oracle databases, including writing medium-to-complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and working with data historians.
• Hands on experience MS-SharePoint, MS-Power Platform
• Experience with React and Angular for UI design and integration with industrial systems.
• Familiarity with .NET for backend logic and integration.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data handling.
• Knowledge of PLCs will be an added advantage.
