Job summary

Gallagher in India seeks an IAM specialist to manage and optimize identity and access management systems including One Identity Manager, DUO and Ping Federate. The role involves user access control, privileged access administration, and advanced support for integration and architecture coherence.

The candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving skills and experience in identity management technologies, able to work independently and with the team to improve service reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in identity and access management-related roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience handling complex support requests and escalation for L1 issues.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Knowledge of JML processes, workflows, RBAC and Dynamic Group concepts.
• Experience with SQL and IDM tooling (Job Queue, Report Editor, Synchronization Editor).
• Ability to drive small IDM projects and coordinate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize identity and access management systems (One Identity Manager, DUO, Ping Federate).
• Handle user access management and privileged access administration.
• Provide advanced support for integration and architecture coherence.
• Serve as escalation point and mentor junior staff.
• Document technical processes and train team on IDM solutions.
• Ensure compliance and timely incident resolution within SLAs.

This role involves managing and optimizing identity and access management systems, including One Identity Manager, DUO and Ping Federate, to ensure compliance and enhance security. Responsibilities include user access management, privileged access administration, and providing advanced support for integration and architecture coherence. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in identity management technologies are essential. The candidate will work independently and collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions and improve service reliability.

• 3+ Years of experience in One Identity Manager or Ping Federate.
• Experience in handling complex support-related requests.
• Act as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by L1 Team
• Experience in providing knowledge transfer and training to Junior staff or other team members.
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Good understanding about JML Process, workflows.
• Good understanding about RBAC, Dynamic Group concepts.
• Incident Management: Experience in solving the issues in mentioned SLA timeline by the client
• Good knowledge in SQL
• Experience with 1IM tools like Job Queue, report editor, Synchronization Editor.
• Ability to bring new ideas and complex technical matters to resolution and display judgment to situations as they arise for projects. Prioritize tasks, meet schedules Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Display analytical skills to complex problems
• Display in-depth knowledge of the underlying technology, assesses user satisfaction and the effectiveness of technology and recommends changes as needed.
• Ability to manage small projects for IDM application consumption. Coordinates the work efforts of others toward the timely completion of projects. Identifies other job functions or people needed, develops a schedule of what is needed, and incorporates the priorities of others in planning and managing project completion.
• Decision Making/Problem Solving Analyzes small to complex problems
