What You'll Do

• Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures
• Review zero-trust models and access design decisions, providing structured expert feedback
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
• Help AI understand how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in practice

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
• Practical knowledge of how identity failures emerge and how adversaries take advantage of them
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments
• Clear written communicator who can articulate technical reasoning with precision

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or SailPoint
• Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, SOC 2, or Zero Trust Architecture
• Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or identity-focused threat modeling
• Prior involvement in AI, data labeling, or security research projects
