Alignerr Corp. is seeking an IAM Analyst (AI Training) to help shape how identity risks are understood within AI systems. This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible scheduling and exposure to cutting-edge models.

You will analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios, classify privilege issues, and review zero-trust designs, contributing to AI training datasets and system evaluations. Independent, detail-oriented work is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms experience.
• Understanding of RBAC and least-privilege principles.
• Experience identifying identity-related security failures and how attackers exploit them.

Responsabilités

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk patterns
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related security failures
• Review zero-trust architecture models and evaluate access design decisions
• Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models understand enterprise security
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

As an IAM Analyst, your real-world security expertise will directly shape how AI systems reason about identity risks, access control failures, and privilege abuse in enterprise environments.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk patterns
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related security failures
• Review zero-trust architecture models and evaluate access design decisions
• Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models understand enterprise security
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, CyberArk)
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
• Familiarity with how identity failures occur in real environments and how attackers exploit them
• Ability to articulate complex access control concepts clearly in written form
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with privileged access management (PAM) or identity governance
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or Zero Trust Architecture
• Background in penetration testing or threat modeling related to identity systems
• Prior exposure to AI training or data annotation workflows
