Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Incident Response Analyst for AI training to join our remote freelance team. You will apply hands-on SOC experience to evaluate AI-generated threat investigations, correlate alerts, and support digital forensics in a flexible, asynchronous arrangement.

You will analyze realistic security events, review playbooks, and provide feedback to improve model accuracy. 2+ years in security operations, SIEM knowledge, and clear written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role.
• Solid working knowledge of SIEM platforms, alert queues, and investigation tooling.
• Skilled at triaging signal from noise and identifying meaningful threats quickly.
• Able to articulate your reasoning clearly in written form.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.
