Medoralink in Panvel (Neral area) is seeking dedicated ICU Staff Nurses to join our critical care team. You will manage critically ill patients, monitor vital signs, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with intensivists to provide high-quality care.

The role requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing, valid nursing registration, and 2–5+ years ICU experience. Shifts include morning, evening, and night rotations with on-site accommodation available.

Responsabilidades

About The Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ICU Staff Nurses to join our critical care nursing team. The selected candidates will manage critically ill patients, monitor vital parameters, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate closely with intensivists and medical specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.


• Operate and monitor critical care equipment including mechanical ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.


• Assist physicians during emergency procedures, intubations, central line placements, and bedside interventions.


• Administer emergency drugs, titrated IV infusions, and blood components following hospital safety protocols.


• Maintain accurate patient vitals charts, fluid balance intake/output sheets, and nursing documentation.


• Respond rapidly to patient deterioration and manage code blue/crash cart emergencies.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: GNM or B.Sc Nursing.


• Registration: Valid registration with State Nursing Council (MNC or equivalent).


• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of dedicated ICU/critical care bedside experience.


• Certifications: BLS / ACLS certification preferred.

Duty Schedule & Shifts

Rotational Shifts

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM


• Evening: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM


• Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (9 night shifts compulsory per month)

Compensation & Benefits

• 2 Years Experience: Up to ₹20,000 / month


• 3 Years Experience: Up to ₹22,000 / month


• 5+ Years Experience: Up to ₹25,000 / month
