Medoralink is hiring ICU nurses to deliver round-the-clock care in high-acuity units across India. The role focuses on ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and strict adherence to NABH standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment with top-tier medical teams, participating in handovers and patient-family communication.

Prerequisites include ICU nursing experience, ACLS certification, and EMR documentation proficiency. CCRN certification and Tele-ICU exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• ICU nursing role with critical care responsibilities.
• ACLS certification mandatory; CCRN preferred.
• Ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring required.
• EMR documentation and NABH-compliant practices expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver round-the-clock critical care to ICU patients, including ventilator management and medication administration.
• Continuously assess vitals, document changes, and escalate to physicians when needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot ICU equipment (infusion pumps, ventilators, dialysis machines, cardiac monitors).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans and respond to code blue emergencies.
• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and NABH documentation standards.
• Participate in shift handovers, patient education, and clear family communication.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver round-the-clock critical care to ICU patients including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and medication administration.
• Perform continuous assessment of patient vitals, document clinical changes, and escalate critical deviations to physicians.
• Operate and troubleshoot ICU equipment including infusion pumps, ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans, manage alarms, and respond to code blue emergencies.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and documentation standards per NABH and hospital policy.
• Participate in shift handovers, patient education, and family communication with empathy and clarity.
