Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking a WebSphere Production Support Engineer with 4-10 years of hands-on experience to join our operations team. The role focuses on WAS administration, deployment, incident handling and performance tuning in a production environment.

You will work on Unix/Linux platforms, JVM tuning, log analysis, RCA and cross-functional incident/change/problem management to ensure high availability and reliability of critical applications.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Experience in Production Support and Application Support activities.
• Strong knowledge of WebSphere installation, configuration, deployment, and administration.
• Experience in troubleshooting application and server-related issues.
• Knowledge of JVM tuning, Heap Dumps, Thread Dumps, and GC Analysis.
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, SSL Certificates, and Networking concepts.
• Experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Knowledge of Application Deployment and Environment Management.
• Experience with Log Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Understanding of Web Servers such as IBM HTTP Server (IHS) or Apache.
