Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer with 8-10 years of IT experience. The role focuses on designing, developing, implementing, and supporting MDM solutions to ensure trusted master data across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include building MDM data models, run match and merge, data quality with IDQ, and integrating MDM with source systems. Strong SQL and relational database skills are required; knowledge of IDQ and hub tools is a plus.

• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
• Optimize MDM workflows, batch processes, and data synchronization mechanisms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, ETL developers, and application teams.
• Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
