This role involves developing and maintaining FileNet solutions using Java APIs, collaborating with DevOps teams, and supporting CI/CD pipelines. Candidates must have substantial experience in FileNet Java development and a solid understanding of UNIX scripting and SQL. This is a contract position at the mid-senior level.

Qualifications

Job Title: Data Engineer – Enterprise Content Management
Role: FileNet Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Total Experience Required: 4+ years

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain FileNet solutions using Java APIs.
• Implement custom pre-processor modules, workflows, and P8 sweep jobs.
• Develop and extend ICN plugins; build/modify ICN Widgets (if required).
• Create and configure Document Classes, Properties, and Security settings in FileNet.
• Develop, deploy, and support IBM Content Collector workflows.
• Perform scripting in UNIX and database development in DB2 SQL.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Support deployment activities and ensure smooth migration across environments.
• Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience with FileNet Java API development; Expertise in developing pre-processor code modules for FileNet, P8 sweep jobs, and FileNet workflows; 3+ years of experience developing ICN (IBM Content Navigator) Java Plugins; Experience in FileNet Workflow Designer; Good knowledge of UNIX scripting and SQL (DB2 preferred); Experience in developing and integrating SOAP Web Services and REST APIs.
• Good To Have: Experience with ICN Widgets; Knowledge of IBM Content Collector workflows; Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deploying changes across environments; Experience working in Agile teams.
