Candidate should have hands‑on experience in SSO, MFA, PAM/PIM, RBAC, SCIM, SAML/OIDC, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity governance. The role involves IAM solution delivery, privileged access management, application identity, hybrid identity services, and troubleshooting authentication/federation issues. Experience in IAM migration projects, access lifecycle management (JML), policy configuration, and security compliance is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and troubleshooting skills are required.
