Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IAM Professional Services expert to lead and deliver enterprise IAM solutions across clients.

The role focuses on implementing IAM, IGA, and PAM, managing SSO, MFA, and API integrations, and driving security governance. The candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in IAM, with hands-on work on major vendors like CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and ForgeRock.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in IAM Professional Services.
• Experience with Enterprise IAM, IGA, and PAM.
• Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust/Delinea.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JML, RBAC, ABAC, Least Privilege and Zero Trust.
• Experience in IAM Audit, Compliance & Risk Remediation and regulatory standards.
• ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, SOC 2 familiarity.
• Scripting / automation skills in PowerShell or Python and API automation.
• Leadership experience in enterprise IAM operations preferred.
