Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking an IAM Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Identity & Access Management transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have 8–15 years of experience in technical project management, with strong knowledge of IAM technologies and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing various IAM workstreams, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The position offers a remote work option.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in technical project/program management.
• Experience delivering large-scale IAM or security transformation programs.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, especially Azure, and enterprise IAM environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM transformation programs.
• Manage IAM workstreams including IGA, Identity Lifecycle, PAM, SSO/MFA.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, operations, and external teams.
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and governance meetings.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise standards.

• Understanding of IAM architecture, connectors, APIs, provisioning, and workflows.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
