Job summary

Mizuho Pune in India seeks an IAM Operations Analyst to support identity lifecycle management, access governance, and continuous process improvement in a global financial services environment.

You will collaborate with application owners, technology teams and IAM engineers to onboard applications, maintain roles and entitlements, perform access reviews, and contribute to reporting, audits, and risk controls while upholding service levels and data security standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, access administration, identity lifecycle management, provisioning operations, or related technology support functions.
• Understanding of identity governance, RBAC, access provisioning, access certifications, approval workflows, audit requirements, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in service-driven environments with ticket management, service levels, and governance processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SailPoint-based IAM operations, access reviews, reconciliations, audits, and compliance programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support identity lifecycle management activities, including onboarding, transfers, access modifications, account maintenance, and deprovisioning across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Process and troubleshoot access requests, provisioning workflows, entitlement issues, and user access problems while ensuring compliance with established service levels and controls.
• Partner with application owners, technology teams, and IAM engineering teams to onboard applications, maintain roles and entitlements, and support access governance processes.
• Support access certifications, reconciliations, audits, compliance activities, and remediation efforts while maintaining accurate records and control evidence.
• Monitor operational performance through KPI, SLA, and governance reporting, identifying risks, backlogs, and opportunities to improve service quality and user experience.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen IAM controls.

• IAM Technologies: SailPoint, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CyberArk, Centrify, Active Directory, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), workflow automation, access certification, ticketing, reporting, and related IAM technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting SailPoint-based IAM operations, access reviews, reconciliations, audits, and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of IAM controls within financial services or other regulated environments.
• Experience improving operational processes, automating manual activities, or enhancing service delivery performance.
• Exposure to cloud identity, privileged access management, workflow automation, and identity governance programs.
• Certifications such as Security+, SC-900, ITIL Foundation, SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate, CyberArk Defender, or equivalent.
