Job summary

GSR Business Services is seeking an IAM Developer with 5+ years of experience to design and implement identity governance solutions. You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH) across Gurgaon/Chennai, leveraging SailPoint ISC and related IAM tools.

The role requires strong scripting and hands-on provisioning expertise to support complex identity ecosystems. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in IGA concepts, lifecycle management, and integrations using REST, SCIM, LDAP,

Qualifications

• Expert in Identity Governance and ILM.
• Experience designing identity governance frameworks and controls.
• Strong knowledge of IGA concepts like lifecycle management and access certifications.
• Proficient in integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC and web services.
• Experience with hybrid identity architectures using Entra ID and AD.
• Troubleshooting complex provisioning and connectors.
• Knowledge of SSO technologies: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
• Automation scripting with PowerShell, JSON and API-based tooling.
• Experience with SailPoint and One Identity Manager preferred; SailPoint certification required.

Position Name: IAM Developer

Working Days:Monday To Friday

Working Time:11.30am to 8pm

Working Location:Gurgaon/Chennai

Working Mode:Hybrid(3 days WFO and 2days WFH)

Must Have Skills: IAM, SailPoint, ISC

Total Exp:>5 (Higher is better)

Interview Mode:L1: MS Teams, L2: Ms Teams

Required Skills:

• Expert in Identity and Access Governance (IGA) / Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) (solution agnostic)
• Expert Level Proficiency in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/ISE)
• Strong expertise in identity and access management concepts and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing identity governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and its concepts like Access Lifecycle Management, Joiner-Mover-Leaver Workflows, Access Certifications, Governance controls and compliance.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC, Web Services etc.
• Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory in Hybrid identity architectures
• Experience troubleshooting complex provisioning and connector issues.
• Understanding of Single Sign on technologies like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) etc.,
• Strong scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, JSON, and API-based automation.
• Candidates with experience in both One Identity Manager & SailPoint are preferred.
• SailPoint certification is required.
