Job summary

Accenture is hiring for Human Resource Reinvention – Process Excellence, Consultant – Talent – I&P GN, with locations in Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore. The role focuses on AI-led HR transformation, agentic design, and operating model evolution for HR programs.

The consultant will engage stakeholders, design workshops, and deliver AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with global teams. Minimum 3–7 years post-Masters and MBA required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of post-Masters experience.
• Experience in HR AI transformation and process design is required.
• Experience with client engagements and workshops is preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI-ready HR Process Design, HR Reinvention/Agentic Re-invention, Agentic Architecture for HR Solution Design, AI-Enabled HR Operating Model, Complex Multi-Tower HR Re-Invention Programs
• Roadmap Creation for AI Led HR Transformation, AI Fluency (Fundamentals of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI), AI Agent Design and Orchestration, RPA/AI/Automation applied to HR
• Enterprise HR Process Transformation, Value Realization, HR Workflow Architecture, HR Business Architecture, Business Case Development, Digital HR Transformation, Automation, AI/GenAI Governance
• HR Process Discovery, HR Domain Consulting, HR Process Excellence, Business Process Modeling (BPMN) for HR workflows

Good to have skills:

Job Summary:

HR Reinvention is a team of HR Professionals who specialize in select areas within HR to help our clients target and deliver values for their HR and Talent investments using a distributed delivery model, and can be deployed globally - onsite, near shore and offshore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with client stakeholders across levels to gather requirements, present insights, and support solution alignment and delivery execution.
• Plan, design, and facilitate client workshops to drive strategic alignment and co-create solutions with senior HR and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams where needed to drive alignment across AI Led HR strategy, operating model, and transformation workstreams
• Manage day-to-day project execution including workplans, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder coordination across transformation engagements.
• Contribute to project management activities including planning, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and securing buy-in from senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute towards development of assets, methodologies, point-of-views, research or white papers and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking, and publication in industry periodicals.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development by partnering with global sales and account teams.
• Develop and leverage AI-enabled tools and agents to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements across individual and team deliverables.
