Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant in Bengaluru to drive AI transformation advisory within the Communications & Media practice. You will lead AI use-case discovery, design AI-ready processes and conduct client workshops to shape solutions.

With 3–7 years of experience, you will apply data readiness concepts and AI fluency across customer, network, content, and advertising data, contributing to agentic workflows and cross-functional delivery.

• Communications & Media Process Expertise (AI fluent): Knowledge of C&M processes and data such as customer acquisition and care, content lifecycle and monetization, advertising, subscription management, digital channels, BSS.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AI Transformation Advisory: AI use-case discovery and qualification, AI-ready process design, solution shaping and client workshops
• Communications & Media Process Expertise (AI fluent): Working knowledge of one or more Communications & Media processes/sub-capabilities and their data, such as customer acquisition and care, content lifecycle and monetization, advertising, subscription management, autonomous networks, network/service operations, field operations, digital channels, NextGen/Cloud Native BSS.
• Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery, business process modelling (BPMN), process re-design, analysis and optimization (e.g. O2A, O2C, R2R, service operations).
• Communications & Media Function Transformation: Functional process knowledge in areas such as customer care, B2B sales and marketing, digital channels, content operations, advertising operations, service/network operations, field operations, or shared/enterprise functions
• AI Value Architecture: Value discovery, benefit quantification, business case build and sensitivity analysis
• Communications & Media Data & AI: Data readiness assessment for AI, data product concepts and analysis across customer, network/service, content, audience and advertising data, plus AI adoption support.
• Agentic Enterprise: Agentic use-case identification, copilot and agent workflow mapping, human-in-the-loop design
• Across all: AI Fluency (fundamentals of AI, GenAI, Agentic), requirements definition

GOOD TO HAVE EXPERINCE:

• AI prototyping with GenAI and agent builders
• Process Mining (Celonis/Signavio/Soroco)
• RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere)
• Low-Code/No-Code
• SQL and Python basics
• Data visualization and storytelling
• Cloud/data platform exposure and awareness of Communications & Media platforms such as BSS/OSS, CRM, digital experience or content/media platforms
• Prior consulting experience, Communications & Media process expertise, or in-industry operating experience
