Job summary

Accenture is looking for a Consultant to drive AI transformation initiatives in the High Tech sector. You will perform AI use-case discovery, design AI-ready processes, and facilitate client workshops to shape solutions.

With a focus on enterprise functional transformation, you will work on process modeling, optimization, and data-readiness assessments, leveraging AI fluency and agentic concepts to deliver business value.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AI Transformation Advisory: AI use-case discovery and qualification, AI-ready process design, solution shaping, and client workshop facilitation
• High Tech Industry Process Expertise (AI-Fluent): Working knowledge of High Tech industry processes, sub-capabilities, and associated data
• Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery, business process modelling (BPMN), process redesign, analysis, and optimization
• Enterprise Function Transformation: Functional process knowledge across areas such as P2P, O2C, R2R, hire-to-retire, and service operations
• AI Value Architecture: Value discovery, benefit quantification, business-case development, and sensitivity analysis
• Industry Data & AI: AI data-readiness assessments, data product concepts, data analysis, and AI adoption support
• Agentic Enterprise: Agentic use-case identification, copilot and agent workflow mapping, and human-in-the-loop design
• AI Fluency: Understanding of AI, generative AI, and agentic AI fundamentals, with experience defining requirements

GOOD-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• AI prototyping using generative AI and agent-building platforms
• Process mining tools, such as Celonis, Signavio, or Soroco
• Robotic process automation tools, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Low-code/no-code platforms
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Python
• Data visualization and storytelling
• Exposure to cloud data platforms
• Prior consulting, deep process, or relevant industry operating experience
