Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Process Excellence Manager to drive transformation initiatives with AI use case identification and design exposure across OTC, PTP and RTR. The role demands hands-on architecting and delivery of GenAI-powered finance solutions within cross-functional pods.

You will work with FDEs, AI/Data experts and finance SMEs to bridge gaps between business requirements and technical design, ensuring scalable and compliant outcomes across financial towers.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC/PTP/RTR (incl. FA).
• CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Data Science — Tier 1 institute is required.
• Experience with enabling tech tools and compliance awareness (SOX / IFRS / GAAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA).
• Agentic AI Design & Delivery: design and deploy agentic / GenAI-powered solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Finance AI Solution Architecting: translate Finance requirements into specs for dev/engineering teams.
• AI Fluency: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen; evaluate model outputs for Finance use cases.
• Automation & Integration design exposure with value case development experience.
• Ability to use Low-Code / No-Code platforms in Finance AI programs.
• Understanding of API middleware (MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services) frameworks/architectures.
• Tower-level Finance expertise: 2+ towers preferred (OTC, PTP, RTR).
