Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant in Finance Process Excellence to drive process transformation across Finance Operations. You will work from multiple locations including Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, collaborating with global teams on large-scale finance initiatives.

The role requires 3-7 years of experience, CA/CPA/MBA Finance or related degree, and hands-on skills in Python, SQL, and AI-enabled process analysis.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in finance operations transformation.
• Educational qualifications as listed: CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent from a Tier 1 institute.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL and data analysis to drive insights and automation.

Responsibilities

• Python scripting for data extraction, transformation, and automation; write clean, functional scripts.
• SQL querying of finance datasets; perform joins, aggregations and derive insights from ERP/data warehouse tables.
• Analyse Finance workflows, document pain points, identify automation/AI opportunities; BPMN/process modelling experience.
• Hands-on AI tooling: GenAI prompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining, or LLM-based workflow prototyping (at least one).
• Data analysis and finance reporting using Excel/Power BI/Python/SQL.
• Prepare solution documentation and contribute to delivery.
• Develop knowledge of Finance sub-processes (OTC/PTP/RTR) and support process improvements.
