Unique Air Conditioning in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with strong knowledge of VRF/VRV and air-conditioning systems. You will independently handle project estimation, HVAC design, BOQ preparation, and prepare technical proposals for clients.

Role involves coordinating with consultants and vendors, handling site visits, and generating leads to develop new HVAC/VRF business opportunities while ensuring design quality and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience with VRF/VRV and air-conditioning systems.
• Ability to prepare estimates, BOQs and technical proposals.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and VRF/VRV systems per project requirements.
• Prepare detailed BOQ, quantity estimation, costing and quotations.

• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate with clients.


• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.


• Provide technical support from estimation to project execution.


• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
