Job summary

Trac Fujico Air Systems in Chennai is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to head the Projects department and oversee all HVAC and MEP projects on a Pan India basis.

You will guide and train teams across designing, engineering, planning, procurement, execution, erection, installation, testing and commissioning, while ensuring timely submittals, approvals and revenue generation. Willingness to travel to project sites is essential, with readiness to work from the Chennai headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sr. Projects Manager / Projects Head in HVAC contracting.
• Sound knowledge on HVAC, MEP and Govt Projects.
• Willing to travel frequently to all project sites for inspections and meetings.
• Ready to work from Chennai Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Heading the Projects department.
• Managing all HVAC & MEP projects PAN India.
• Guiding & Training the team on Designing, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Project Execution, Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Services.
• Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Tracking & Reviewing all PAN India projects (MEP & HVAC).
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering quality work on time and cost-effectively.
• Responsible for timely submittals, approvals, billing and revenue generation.
• Sourcing & managing contractors.
• Site statutory compliance.

Heading the Projects department

Managing all HVAC & MEP projects - Pan India Basis -

Guiding & Training the team on Designing, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Project Execution, Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Services

Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, tracking & Reviewing constantly all the projects PAN India, of the company, both MEP & HVAC

Maintaining sincere relationship with the customers satisfying them by completing the Quality Job On time & cost effective

Responsible for timely submittals & approvals, Billing and Revenue generation, without loss & damages

Contractors sourcing & management

Site Statutory Compliance

Preferred candidate profile

Having exp in Sr.Projects Manager / Projects head in HVAC Contracting

Well experienced & Sound knowledge on HVAC, MEP and Govt Projects

Ready to travel frequently to all the projects for site inspection, review meetings & for all important client meetings, etc.

Good experience on Multiple Projects Management

Ready to work from Chennai Headquarters
