Job summary

Trac Fujico Air Systems is seeking an experienced supervisor for Electrical/HVAC/MEP projects across India. The role includes supervising jobs, ensuring quality workmanship, project execution, and managing timelines and costs.

The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of electrical projects, especially government-related, and have a B or C license. Strong project supervision experience and the ability to handle contractors effectively are essential.

The position requires readiness to travel for site inspections and good communication in English and Hindi.

Role & responsibilities

Supervising Electrical / HVAC / MEP Jobs - Pan India Basis -

Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Project Execution, Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Handing over of Electrical works and Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside)

including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, Electrical wiring, cabling, conduiting, control panels, MCCBs & Substation works

Maintaining sincere relationship with the customers satisfying them by completing the Quality Job On time & cost effective

Responsible for timely submittals & approvals, Billing and Revenue generation, without loss & damages

Contractors sourcing & management

Materials indenting, receiving, storing safely and proper utilization at site

Site Statutory Compliance

Preferred candidate profile

experienced & Sound knowledge on Electrical Projects and especially in Govt projects

B license or C License are preferred

Good experience on Project supervision & site execution

Having good personality to handle all the contractors well

Ready to work at Site

Having good Job knowledge and methodology of execution

Being fluent in English & Hindi

Ready to travel to other projects for site inspection, review meetings & for all important client meetings, etc. whenever required

Having two wheeler for the local travelling / transport cost will be refunded
