Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 12-14 years of post-B.tech HVAC design experience preferred for airports.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC system design from concept to execution, including load calculations and equipment selection.
• Prepare detailed drawings and BOQs using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for integrated building systems.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, ASHRAE standards, and green building guidelines.
• Perform energy modeling and heat load calculations on HAP.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Lead HVAC system design from concept to execution, including load calculations, equipment selection, and design in duct/piping layouts.
• Guide Autocad/Revit team Prepare detailed engineering drawings, prepare specifications, and BOQs using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated building systems.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, ASHRAE standards, and green building guidelines.
• Perform energy modeling and simulations to optimize system performance, Perform heat load calculations on HAP.
