Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist at GrowthGravy will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, and offboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management activities. The role involves partnering with Ops Team & Founder to foster a positive workplace culture, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji, working closely with the local team to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Knowledge of Compliances: PF, ESIC
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.
• Experience in Personnel Management, including handling employee relations, performance support, and workplace issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
