DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scouting and Screening candidates for internal and external (business/technical) roles;

• Assisting in the Negotiation process;
• Assisting in the Onboarding process;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possessing a relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR is desirable.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of previous HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Fluent level of English.
• Have excellent time management skills, be organised with the ability to prioritise your duties effectively.
• Proficiency in utilising AI tools, such as Gemini or ChatGPT, to enhance daily workflows is a plus.
