Job summary

EMotorad in Pune is seeking a Manager- Human Resources to lead people practices in a high-growth startup environment. The role partners with business leaders to drive a strong, high-performance culture and to shape talent acquisition, engagement, and organizational development across manufacturing and corporate functions.

You will own the employee lifecycle, performance management, and HR operations, while driving AI-driven HR solutions to improve recruitment, experience, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Stakeholder Management.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to manufacturing or plant HR will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for critical business functions.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy.
• Build and strengthen employee engagement, culture, and employer branding initiatives.
• Own the employee lifecycle, performance management, and talent development processes.
• Lead HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted HR business partner.
• Drive HR projects, people analytics, and continuous process improvements.
• Support factory HR initiatives and compliance, where applicable.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of AI-driven HR solutions to improve talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a culture of innovation.
