Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. This role will handle employee relations, maintain HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company guidelines. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, training initiatives, and organizational development, while maintaining accurate HR records and reports. The position involves regular interaction with employees to address HR inquiries, resolve issues, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to on-site operations in Jaipur.
• Ability to develop and implement HR processes that support organizational goals, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and levels of leadership.
• Proficiency in HRIS or HR software, along with solid skills in documentation, reporting, and data confidentiality.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar leadership role is strongly preferred.
