Job summary

Hyatt Centric Janakpuri in New Delhi is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the Personnel Department within the HR Division, in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department, meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners, and assist the Director of Human Resources with Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
