As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience in various aspects of human resources while working closely with our HR team. As HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. The intern will gain hands‑on experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, and payroll support. It offers you an unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, coordination, and maintaining applicant records.
• Support HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and record management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee and candidate records in HR databases.
• Assist employees with basic queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support the planning and coordination of training programs, workshops, and employee learning activities.
• Schedule training sessions, communicate with participants, and maintain training records.
• Track training completion and prepare basic reports. Assist with payroll activities by collecting and verifying attendance and employee data.
• Maintain payroll records and support payroll documentation processes.
• Help resolve basic payroll‑related queries and coordinate with employees as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
