Job summary

SmartQ is hiring an Implementation Engineer to deploy and adopt our platform across client locations. You will handle end-to-end implementation, system configuration, user training, and post‑go‑live support while mapping client requirements to effective setups.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel across India. You will own issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of implementation or customer support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across India for client implementations.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy SmartQ platform remotely and on-site for client locations.
• Configure applications, manage menu setup, validate system functionality, and ensure smooth go-live.
• Train clients and end users on product usage, workflows, and best practices.
• Create, update, and maintain implementation guides, user manuals, and support documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries via email, calls, and chat.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and ensure clear communication of deliverables and timelines.

The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the successful deployment and adoption of SmartQ platform solutions across client locations. The role involves end‑to‑end implementation, system configuration, user training, and post‑go‑live support. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, the engineer ensures client requirements are accurately translated into effective system setups. This position owns issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and adherence to service standards. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and readiness to travel is essential to drive customer satisfaction and long‑term platform success.

• Support pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, including demos, onboarding, and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate documentation for reporting, issue tracking, and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in implementation, technical support, customer support, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong email etiquette.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting skills and comfort working with technology‑driven platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel across India for client implementations and launches.
• Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and process adherence.
