Job summary

Allcargo Global in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Executive – HR Systems to lead functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, bridging HR users with IT and vendors across regions. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and continually improving HR processes within Oracle HRMS.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR process knowledge, Oracle Fusion HCM expertise, analytics capabilities, and a proactive drive for digital HR transformation leveraging AI trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM functional support and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Manage day-to-day HRMS queries, issue resolution, and user support across regions and countries.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM system configurations and process solutions.
• Support implementation and rollout of HR processes, policies, and workflows in Oracle Fusion HCM for regional and country HR teams.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to standardize and optimize HR operations through system automation and process improvements.
• Drive SOP creation, SLA governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with current HR technology trends, AI-driven HR solutions, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with the HRMS Support Partner for configuration changes, enhancements and issue resolution.
• Support quarterly releases, system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
• Perform system validation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
• Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics using Oracle reporting tools, and MS Excel.
• Create management presentations and analytical insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support HR leadership with workforce analytics, compliance reporting, and decision-making dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve system-related issues.
• Act as a project coordinator/lead for HRMS initiatives and enhancements.
• Support change management and user adoption activities across regions.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals, SOPs, process documents, and knowledge articles.
• Prepare presentations and training materials for business users and leadership reviews.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HRMS Functional & Technical Support professional with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud to support regional and country HR operations. The role will act as a bridge between HR users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure effective implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of HR processes within Oracle HRMS. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR process knowledge, Oracle Fusion HCM functional expertise, reporting & analytics capabilities, awareness of emerging HR technology and AI trends, and the ability to drive digital HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Functional Support:

• Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Manage day-to-day HRMS queries, issue resolution, and user support across regions and countries.

HR Process Implementation & Optimization:

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR systems.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HRMS workflows, approvals, and process mapping.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Proficiency in HR data reporting and data analysis to support HR metrics, reports and dashboards.
