About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Source talent and bring qualified candidates to build our organization as an industry leader
• Handle recruitment using various tools and portals (develop a talent pool for the organization's growth)
• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Find, acquire, assess and hire candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals and fill project requirements
