You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals, maintain recruitment trackers, and support onboarding and HR operations to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
• Support in offer roll-outs, onboarding, and documentation.
• Assist with basic HR operations such as attendance and employee engagement.
