Job summary

Responsibilities include producing payroll reports and analytics, coordinating with finance and external vendors, and addressing employee queries related to taxation and benefits.

• Managed end-to-end payroll processing for monthly salary disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Administered statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and labor law requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.
• Coordinated statutory filings, reconciliations, and audits while maintaining compliance records and documentation.
• Processed full and final (F&F) settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and employee separation formalities.
• Managed employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintained employee records and HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handled attendance, leave management, shift data, and payroll inputs in coordination with business stakeholders.
• Prepared payroll reports, MIS dashboards, statutory reports, and HR analytics for management review.
• Resolved employee queries related to payroll, taxation, benefits, statutory deductions, and HR policies.
• Collaborated with finance and external payroll/statutory vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance
