We're looking for ahighly motivated individual to join our Human Resource Department. As part ofour team, you'll work closely in managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring,onboarding, training, retaining and exit employees) and administering employeebenefits .
Role Responsibilities:
Manage monthly payroll processing (salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, incentives, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and gratuity.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, payslips, and tax declarations.
Coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement and reconciliation.
Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports.
Maintain employee database and payroll records.
Assist in internal/external audits and ensure data accuracy.
Work with HR and Admin teams for smooth employee onboarding/offboarding with respect to CTC, F&F, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
Proficient in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, SAP, ADP, etc.) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Indian labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.
High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
1. Any Graduate or with MBA 1-4 years ofsimilar experience
2. Good communication, interpersonal,problem-solving, and organizational skills
3. Any additional HR certification will bean added advantage
