Job summary

ASA Corporate Catalyst India Private Limited in Delhi is seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join the Human Resource Department. You will manage the employee life cycle—from recruiting and onboarding to training, retention and exits—and administer employee benefits.

Key duties include monthly payroll processing, attendance and timesheet maintenance, payroll reporting, and ensuring statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and gratuity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or HR.
  • MBA in HR is a plus.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll processing (salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, incentives) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and gratuity.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, payslips, and tax declarations.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement and reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports.
  • Maintain employee database and payroll records.
  • Assist in internal/external audits and ensure data accuracy.
  • Work with HR and Admin teams for smooth employee onboarding/offboarding with respect to CTC, F&F, etc.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.

High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

1. Any Graduate or with MBA 1-4 years ofsimilar experience

2. Good communication, interpersonal,problem-solving, and organizational skills

3. Any additional HR certification will bean added advantage
